The Open IPTV Forum is pleased to welcome four new members - Broadpeak, Digisoft.tv, 3 Screen Solutions, and Zenterio - who have taken advantage of the new OIPF tiered fee structure which reduces annual membership costs by 80 percent to make Forum participation viable for smaller enterprises. Interest in the initiative so far has shown that this supports the aspirations of many innovative app developers, technology component developers and digital entertainment businesses with a valuable contribution to shaping the future of Internet Connected TV.
3 Screen Solutions provides IT solutions for new media, video on demand and IPTV companies with offices and development teams located in Germany and Romania.
Broadpeak designs and manufactures multiplatform broadband delivery solutions for video over IP. Based in France, they provide video servers and content delivery network mediation that can be used by operators to provide VOD and live web TV services to their subscribers.
Digisoft.tv is a provider and innovator of carrier class middleware solutions to the IPTV, Hybrid and Media & Entertainment markets. Headquartered in Ireland, Digisoft's software platforms provide open, flexible, highly scalable solutions for advanced applications and services.
Zenterio offers pay-TV operators a hardware independent and unified operating system for the delivery of TV and interactive digital services. The company has approximately 80 employees with the main development team based in Sweden and offices in Prague, Milan and US.

The Open IPTV Forum enables and accelerates creation of a mass market for IPTV by defining and publishing free-of-charge standards-based specifications for end-end IPTV services of the future.

A forthcoming device certification and IOT program will see the OIPF logo appearing on numerous services and devices, aiding consumers, service providers and manufacturers as new technologies are delivered to retail, end user living rooms and across multiple mobile screens.
Potential new members are welcomed across the communications and entertainment industries, including network operators, content providers, service providers, consumer electronics manufacturers and home and network infrastructure providers.
In 2012 a reduced membership fee has been introduced to encourage participation from smaller, innovative businesses and application developers who want to work with CE device vendors to agree common standards for enriched entertainment - email join@oipf.tv.
