Stakeholder will pay RBL $1,450.00 per month as compensation for its services for a one-year term. Pursuant to its stock option plan and TSX Venture Exchange guidelines, Stakeholder has also granted RBL 100,000 stock options at an exercise price of $0.10. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments staged over the next twelve months and will expire on May 10, 2017 or 30 days following termination of the RBL agreement.
